Coventry

Coventry was formed from Greene on February 7, 1806 and includes the Hamlets of Coventry, Coventryville and Bobell Hill.  First settler in area was Simon Jones in 1785.

Back when Chenango County was a top cheese producer, Coventry had a cheese factory. 

A rare structure is the octagon house, occupied by F.A. Kelley in 1908.
